The role

Own a book of prospects across insurance, wealth, and capital-markets products. You will qualify, present, and close — guided by a mentor and backed by a firm that funds your pipeline from day one.

→Build and run a consultative sales pipeline end to end.
→Earn a base salary plus uncapped commission tied to real revenue.
→Work licensed, compliant, and supported — never on your own.
→Grow into senior distribution and book-management tracks.
